We reserve the right to cancel orders or replace items with similar ones if the ones ordered are out of stock or no longer available. We will do our best to make sure that the items that are being substituted are of equal or greater value.
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with abusive language. While we hope it never escalates to that point, we have worked in customer service for over 25 years and have a zero tolerance for customer abuse.
We are a small, home business. What is on the website is what's in stock. We do not take back orders or pre-orders. All items that are ordered will be shipped within 2-3 business days upon order receipt unless otherwise communicated.
We will do our best to replace candles that are not burning well, i.e the wick was placed incorrectly in your specific candle. If you received a candle at an event out of town, we will offer store credit, replacement or a refund. Please contact us with your issue so we can resolve it. We cannot correct product issues if we are unaware of them.
We need to receive order issues within 30 days of purchase.
